Every call, text and "got a minute?" ends with the same thing — a decision only you can make.

Your team is capable — but nobody is sure which calls are theirs to make, so they bring them back to you.

More locations or more time with family both depend on a shop that doesn't need you for everything.

Also, as an aside, I was able to read your book. I figured I'd share a few thoughts, for whatever they're worth:
Not sure if this was intentional or not, but I thoroughly appreciated the length and pacing of the book. I feel like a lot of self help/motivational/educational books pad their length with unnecessary filler and I felt you were very intentional with your words and didn't waste the readers time.
Loved that you put your "origin story" in there. I could relate a lot to the feelings and mindsets that you went through in your youth and I feel you really captured the mindset of a future visionary/entrepreneur really well in your writing.
Hybrid role for Visionary/Operator section really spoke to me. A lot of stuff I was dealing with in the past and am still continuing to work through. Loved that section.
I can't remember exactly the placement but it was in the general Black Swan section towards the end, I got heavy serenity prayer vibes and as someone who comes from AA, that prayer is a mantra for my life and helps me get through a lot. Really enjoyed this section as well.
Lastly, a quote from the book "We're not in the car business, we're in the people business and just happen to fix cars", I loved this as well. I love this perspective and feel like it's such a strong quote that carries a lot of depth and meaning to it and can really help shop owners run their stores successfully.
